UX implementation is never easy since it involves cooperation among several groups. In the latest release of Huawei’s cloud based product, the Huawei information development team negotiated to take over much of the UX content. In this talk, find out about Huawei’s service-oriented architecture in which the InfoDev team owns all the text strings on the interface and implements overlays and walkthroughs to provide a better user experience.
