Presentation Abstract
To implement the “Just the Right Information” approach, information must be agile, readily available, easily updated to suit particular cases, and released within short windows to meet pressing requirements. It is important to understand how information is generated and consumed to determine whether content developed to help users perform tasks is actually fulfilling its objectives with precision and speed of access. Gaps discovered can then be corrected in a timely manner to better serve the user.
What can attendees expect to learn?
From the perspective of user experience, we examine the information design and layout in documentation/content systems and make the needed adjustments in a timely manner.
