Product Information Self-service Query
Admittedly, the Internet makes information search easier and faster than we can imagine, but we still need a variety of apps to find the exact information we want. It’s the same with product documentation. Among the massive information provided in product documentation, how can users accurately find the desired information, such as version differences or alarm reference? For this reason, we developed a Product Information Self-service Query system. My presentation will focus on the benefits, design ideas, and development process of this system, and I’ll use 5 examples to demonstrate how this system expedites information query for users.
