Knowledge is Power: Making AI Work for You
Knowledge is Power: Making AI Work for You
It is often said that knowledge is power. And we are seeing just how powerful AI is. In order to get the best results from any AI solution, the people setting up the AI should have the knowledge of how that solution works.
In this presentation, we discuss the basics of AI:
– What is at the core of artificial intelligence
– What is natural language processing
– How do you train an AI system
– How does AI process information and make decisions
– Why do public LLMs hallucinate and how to minimize hallucinations with your LLM

The AI revolution - What's in it for the content writers?
The AI revolution – What’s in it for the content writers?
ChatGPT took the world by storm. While some took shelter, others chose to spread their wings, ride the winds of change, and explore the new possibilities. So, how high can we now fly?
In this presentation, we’ll see what new prospects were opened up by AI for the content creators, as they are an excellent fit for AI adoption. Why? Because they can use it to boost their productivity, while also keeping the control in their hands by ensuring the content they deliver to the end-users is accurate.

AI-Assisted Solutions for Localization Projects - A case study to achieve significant improvement in Machine Translation engine output
The implementation of the Argos AI TM Cleanup Tool has enabled Accuray to reap tremendous improvements in terms of cost-savings, quality control, and accuracy. The 16% increase in MT output quality and 77% reduction in terminology issues have highlighted the success of Argos’ custom solution. We are proud of this project’s impact in providing high-quality medical translations and look forward to continuing our work with Accuray.
We believe that the success of this project is a testament to the power of AI-assisted solutions for localization projects. This collaboration highlights how human translators and machine translation can work together to deliver effective and accurate translations. By leveraging Argos’ AI-assisted approach, Accuray has created streamlined localization processes that save them time and money while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in their translations. The success of this project shows how companies can leverage AI-assisted solutions to improve localization efforts.

Lessons from the AI Trenches
The value that GPT technology can offer your customers is clear. Now, every company and team is scrambling to implement LLMs and AI. One of the biggest challenges we face in this new reality is connecting your complex technical content to your LLM models in a comprehensive, effective and sustainable way. Success requires consolidating and normalizing your content while ensuring the proper governance, compliance, security and accuracy.
Join Joe Gelb, co-founder of Zoomin for a panel exploring the practical challenges and innovative solutions to become GPT-ready. Hear from leaders who have already successfully deployed GPT solutions as they share lessons from the front lines of the GPT revolution. All speakers have integrated Generative AI to deliver an intuitive self-service experience. In this panel, we’ll pick their brains to discover why they embarked on this journey, how they overcame organizational and technical challenges, how it’s changing the way their teams work and the impact it will have on their users.

Virtual AI Experience for Customers – A Trial Run
Inspired by the excitement around generative AI, we explored a basic use case. By feeding OpenAi with a subset of our public content and creating a GUI, we enabled a simple UI for “customers” to interact with content.
We will share a general overview of how we leveraged the OpenAI tutorial and learned from a subset of our content to create a very simple genAI interface. We will also share a few of the major questions and challenges we have yet to explore in order to become AI-ready.
