Janice Cadel is the Director of Technical Publications at Shiji where she implemented a content strategy and a content user experience providing Shiji employees, customers, and partners with a single platform for accessing content for Shiji’s solutions. After rising through the ranks at Hughes Network Systems, Janice created content strategies and managed global technical publications teams for EMC and for Oracle. Janice has a B.S in Communications, an M.S. in Technical Writing, and was PMP-certified for 10 years.

Ryan Shubert is a Technical Publications Manager at RUCKUS CommScope, a provider of wired and wireless networking solutions. Ryan has a degree in Computer Science and has been working in Technical Publications for over a decade with extensive experience in content management systems deployment, administration, tools, and training. His experience includes adoption of DITA-XML based component content management systems for Technical Publications as well as content delivery platforms and establishing technical writing best practices and processes across multiple cross-functional teams.
Paul Lorentz is a technical writer for Axway, a business software company. Aside from writing user documentation for products, Paul is the leader of the Axway technical writers’ guild, which has writers in the U.S., Europe, and India. He also is the administrator of the Axway documentation portal, which publishes user docs for about 50 products and now has GPT search in beta testing.
