Survival Guide for Upcoming M&A

Presentation Abstract

If you work for a corporate, you probably already know the feeling. With frequent M&As, more and more acquired companies make their way into your company’s portfolio, and with these companies comes their documentation in a plethora of shapes and formats. Many of us face the challenge of delivering all their technical content reliably and consistently from multiple single-source content types – DITA, Markdown, multiple XML structures, Madcap Flare, Confluence, FrameMaker, MS Word, PDF, and more. In this 15 minutes round table presentation, you will learn how to provide consistent online format, faceted search, and personalized accessibility to all your technical content, from DITA or any other source, with taxonomy as a key ingredient. See how to capture delicious analytics, feedback, ratings and drive increased customer interactions with your brand.
